Our store is hosted on Wix with the utilisation of the in-website extension app “Wix stores”. They provide the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence, or that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence and have obtained consent from any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any unauthorised or illegal purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws, while using our services. You must not transmit any malicious code or viruses.
A breach or violation of any of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to our services.
Section 2 - General Conditions.
We retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that any content you submit, except for credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may undergo changes to conform to technical requirements of networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms.

The material on this site is for general information only and should not be the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information. In case of doubts feel free to contact us at any time. Reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. Historical information on this site may not be current, and we reserve the right to modify site contents without obligation to update past information.

Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Section 5 - Ordering steps.

Browse through our product selection and assemble your choices in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You can easily view and modify the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart icon.

To proceed with your order, simply click the "Checkout" button to begin inputting your personal information. You will then be presented with your shipping details and available shipping methods for your review when you click the "Continue to Shipping" button.

When you're ready to proceed with payment, click the "Continue to Payment" button. Here, you'll have the option to provide your credit card information for payment or authenticate yourself through your PayPal account to complete the purchase via PayPal.

For a final check, use the "Review Order" button to review and, if necessary, make changes or cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order entirely, you can do so at any time by simply closing your internet browser.

By clicking the "Pay Now" button, you are making a firm offer to finalise a purchase agreement for the products currently in your shopping cart.
Section 6 - Products and orders.
Certain products may only be available online through our website. We are trying our best to provide the most accurate information on the items available, however a slight deviation in colour through representation on a monitor or a printout cannot be excluded. Many of our items are made exclusively to order and include a considerable amount of handwork, therefore visible hand stitching and small imperfections are possible. These make our garments unique. We are not responsible for incompleteness or timed out information provided on this site. We mostly use deadstock fabrics from some of the biggest and most known fashion houses for the production of our garments. We are not affiliated with those companies in any way. We only buy the materials sold by them through a third party retailer. Therefore our data is based on the information provided by the retailer and we are not responsible for its accuracy. The descriptions of the garments are provided in English only. The products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy for returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to specific individuals, regions, or jurisdictions. We may also limit quantities of products offered. Descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion. We may discontinue products at any time. Offers for products on this site may be void where prohibited.
Some of our products are offered on a presale basis and allow you to place pre-orders for products, which are then made specifically for you. These orders are to be fulfilled at a later date when the product is ready for shipment. In this case, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 25% via paylink upon filling out the pre-order form on our site. You will pay the remaining amount when your product is ready to be shipped. Small changes in colours and materials are possible upon agreement with the buyer. Once the order has been agreed upon, we won’t be able to make changes to the size, style and materials used. Once you receive your order, if you are not completely satisfied with it, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy (as stated below). Any eligible returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
The products which are available to you for immediate purchase are not made specifically for you. Once the order has been created, we will not be able to make any changes. Once you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with it, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy (as stated below).
Section 7 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information.
We reserve the right to refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion. This includes orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing/shipping address. If an order is changed or cancelled, we will attempt to notify you via the provided contact information. We may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be from dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information for all transactions made on our store. Prompt updates to account information, including email and credit card details, are your responsibility.

Landed in Zurich offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By accessing our site and/or making purchases from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service," "Terms"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to users who are browsing, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Landed in Zurich possesses a registered trademark and maintains sole ownership of all designs, text, and graphics showcased on this website. Unauthorised reproduction of the entire website or any of its elements is strictly forbidden without prior written consent (via email) from Landed in Zurich.
Section 13 - Applicable law
The terms and agreements presently in effect under these Terms and Conditions and on this website, fall under the jurisdiction of Swiss law.
PAYMENT and VAT
We accept all major credit cards or bank transfers as a form of payment. The products available on the site are priced in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT for all customers located in Switzerland. For the deliveries outside Switzerland VAT will be invoiced by the logistics company we use (Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc.).Landed in Zurich isn’t liable for VAT paid outside Switzerland.
DELIVERY
The products available in stock will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer as soon as possible. We use Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland and internationally. In both cases we’ll send you information with the tracking number. Landed in Zürich isn't responsible for damage to the goods occurred during the delivery, but takes responsibility to collaborate in the investigation should this happen. In case we cannot guarantee the delivery or the goods will be no longer available, Landed in Zurich might cancel the contract. The customer will be fully reimbursed in this case.
The goods are delivered from Zürich. Items currently in stock at the date of order will be dispatched within 1 week. Deliveries within Switzerland are free. For deliveries within EU shipping cost is 20 CHF. For the rest of the world - 50 CHF.
RETURNS
We have a return policy that extends for a period of 30 days after you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original, unused, unwashed condition, not altered in any way, with all tags attached and intact and within its original packaging. You'll also need to present the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. The items which were made to order can be returned only if defective. In this case, contact us within 1-3 business days from receiving the order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at “info@landedinzurich.ch”. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept items for return without prior authorization. If you're located outside Switzerland, please be aware that shipping may take longer.
The items made to order are only accepted for reimbursement in case of a defect caused by a manufacturer.
The items purchased on sale and sample sale are eligible for returns and reimbursement only in case of a defect caused by a manufacturer.

Customers in the European Union may return any purchased product without a reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please get in touch with us right away. We'll promptly assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.
Defective products will be replaced or repaired free of charge if the defect is reported by the customer within 14 days after the goods were recieved. All the defects must be reported in writing. If we cannot repair or replace the product, the customer will be fully reimbursed.
Landed in Zurich isn't liable for the damages caused by incorrect or careless use as well as by wear and tear.
As our garments are mostly made from delicate and natural materials, we recommend using only professional dry-cleaning services.
Keep in mind that certain items are not eligible for returns. For specific concerns about your particular item, don't hesitate to contact us.
Please note that returns are not accepted for sale items.
Exchanges
For a swift exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is authorised, making a separate purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 3 Day Cooling Off Period
If you're receiving merchandise in the European Union, you possess the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without any specific reason. The conditions for this process remain the same: the item should be in its original, unused condition, with all tags intact, and within its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll inform you about the approval status of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require additional processing time.
If 15 business days have elapsed since the approval of your return and you have not received the refund, kindly contact us at info@landedinzurich.ch.
Fabrics shop
-We offer the fabrics from the dead stock of premium luxury clothing brands and other trusted suppliers at very competitive prices.
-The information we use about the maker, composition, density etc. was provided to us by a supplier and we are not responsible for it's correctness.
- Minimum order is 1m or less (in case of remnants).
- We offer promotional free delivery within Switzerland till 1.03.2024, then we will charge flat rate of 5 Chf for the package and postage (within Switzerland). On orders of 250 Chf and more we offer a complementary delivery.
- We offer the coupons of fabric of 1, 2 and 3m. Larger amounts are available upon request and are subject to availability.
- Remnants and outlet fabrics are offered at very low prices and can present minimum defects (being slightly wrinkled etc.).
- We offer free samples of the fabrics of your choice. We can send you up to 10 samples a month free of charge (in one postage). Additional samples - 5 CHF for 10 samples. With the order over 100 CHF we can offer additional free samples.
- Our Customer service on +41 79 555 35 95 on Whatsapp is available daily from 9 AM till 10 PM including weekends.
There you can enquire about the fabric, ask for a sample, request a video of the fabric, check availability, ask for a fabric suggestion or a suitable fabric for your project, request fabric sourcing, information about caring and washing instructions, ask for a help with your sewing and/or fashion student projects (price upon agreement).
- Orders: You choose the fabrics, send us a message with your order using our website or by Whatsapp message, receive the confirmation of availability, pay your order on our website by CC, Paypal or the bank transfer. Once we have received the confirmation of your payment - we’ll prepare and send your order within 24 hours (weekdays) using Swiss Post.
- We can offer 24 hours delivery in and around Zurich directly to your door for 10 Chf surcharge.
- Delivery within EU - 20 Chf. Please note - outside Switzerland you might be charged customs fee and VAT.
- VAT is included in all our prices within Switzerland.
- If you can't find a fabric you are looking for - we can try sourcing it for you (price upon agreement, minimum order amount 10m).
- If you are a fashion student we are happy to support your creative talent and offer you a permanent 10% discount on all our fabrics and services (the proof of being a student is obligatory).
- With the orders over 250 Chf we are happy to offer 10% off your next order.
Please note:
-We cannot reserve the fabrics for more than 24 hours.
- No returns admitted unless the fabrics present a provable production defect that you were not informed about prior to your purchase. Some fabrics in our assortment have small defects and therefore sold at very low prices. We will always inform you about those prior you execute the payment.
- Please always contact us before paying your order, so we can check the availability of the fabrics and inform you about its qualities.
- Please note, that our fabrics are sourced and sold in limited amounts. An absolute majority of the fabrics cannot be restocked.
